What does it cost?

Pricing depends on team size + add-ons. Most agencies are in the low-four-figures monthly range. Book a call and we'll give you exact numbers in 5 minutes.

Do you require a long contract?

Standard term is annual. Month-to-month is available at a higher rate. You can cancel at any renewal.

How is this different from <other coaching program>?

We're a software platform first, coaching company second. Your team gets always-on access to the library, weekly live calls, AND a real human account manager who knows their name. Most competitors are either coaching-only (no library) or library-only (no human).

Will my agents actually use it?

Your AM owns adoption. They check in monthly, set goals with your team, and we have real-time dashboards that show who's logging in. Average member uses the platform 3+ times a week.

Can I bring my own LMS / can this integrate with our existing tools?

trainwell Academy is the LMS. We don't replace your CRM or comp software — we're the training layer on top.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation requests go through your account manager. We'll work the remaining term, then turn off access at the next renewal. No exit fees, no gotchas.
